Many customers, suppliers, service providers, job applicants and employees provide KINKA with their personal data on a daily basis. KINKA considers the protection of the information and data entrusted to it to be part of its corporate responsibility. Data protection principles such as data minimisation, data transparency and data security are therefore a top priority for the company.
We have made it our goal to establish a Privacy Policy such that everyone can immediately gain an overview of the purposes for which KINKA processes personal data. It is also necessary to provide sufficient information to persons interested in a more detailed overview. All of the information below relates to the use of digital services via personal computers (PCs), smartphones, tablets and any other mobile or stationary terminals that can be connected to the internet.

As a data subject, you are entitled to exercise your rights against us at any time. If the statutory requirements are met, these rights will apply:

In order to process your written request, we are required to verify your identity thoroughly. Please understand that we reserve the right to request further information or proof of identity, depending on the level of seriousness of the data in question. This procedure serves primarily to protect the data from unauthorized access by third parties.

Access, data portability
You have the right at any time to obtain free confirmation of the data we process relating to you. In addition, you have the right to transfer the data you have provided to us, either to you personally or to a third-party controller.
If you wish to receive confirmation regarding the data we process about you, or if you request the transfer of this data, please contact us in writing at objednavky@kinka.sk .
Please note that we can only transfer data that is based on the consent given or on a contract.
Rectification, erasure and restriction
Upon your request, we will correct, block or delete the data concerning you that have been processed, provided that this is not prevented by other legal provisions (for example, the obligation to retain data arising from Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code or Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on accounting. Please contact us in writing at objednavky@kinka.sk .
You can view, correct or delete your data at any time in your user account under "My Account" using your email address and password.
Withdrawal of consent/objection
If you have given us consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw your consent at any time by giving us a short written notice. Please contact us in writing at objednavky@kinka.sk .
You may object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time by sending a short written notice to objednavky@kinka.sk or withdraw your consent at no cost to you, except for the cost of transmission in accordance with the basic tariffs set out.
If you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you will find the relevant link at the end of the newsletter. Registered users may cancel their registration for the newsletter by visiting the "My Account" section of www.kinka.sk.
If you wish to object to the anonymous web analysis and tracking features with effect for the future, you can do so via the consent panel.

Data security
In the context of data transmission, for example when entering customer data into an order form or contact form, as well as in the course of recruiting new employees, we offer a procedure using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocol together with 256-bit encryption.
You can recognize the transmission of encrypted data by the image of the closed key or the lock symbol at the bottom of the browser.
We apply the highest level of caution and security standards to protect personal information from unauthorized access or loss. We emphasize that the transmission of data over the Internet (for example, in e-mail communications) may involve security risks. It is not possible to fully protect data from access by third parties.

Security during payments
KINKA offers payment of invoices, on delivery in cash or by credit card and in the form of a deposit. All payment methods are comprehensively protected by the above security standards.
Contact form
The purpose of the contact form is to offer an easy way to contact the company if you have any questions for us. The information you provide in the contact form is generally optional. We will process the information that concerns you for the purpose of answering the questions you send us.
KINKA retains the information that is necessary to comply with commercial and tax legislation for the period of time required by law. During this period (generally ten years), the data will only be reprocessed in the event of an inspection by the financial administration, for financial and tax verification purposes and in order to clarify possible criminal activity. Except where you are subject to a statutory retention period, your data will be deleted once the purpose of the processing has been achieved.
Data transfer
KINKA does not disclose your data to third parties for commercial purposes (sale, rental).
Insofar as your data is processed by service providers who assist us in providing customer service, delivering our products and creating and sending promotional materials, the scope of the data transferred will be limited to the minimum necessary.
The data is transmitted in encrypted form.
We take great care in the selection of processing partners and our partners are required to treat your data in a trustworthy manner and comply with our own data protection standards in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. Our partners must not transfer our customers' data to third parties for direct marketing purposes, nor must they use this data themselves for commercial purposes.
We also work with contractors and collaborators. If we disclose your data to contractors or collaborators in order to process your order, in order to fulfil a contract, we will inform you of this separately. We choose our collaborators carefully. Our collaborators are not allowed to transfer our customers' data to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Our collaborators may only process data that is passed on in this way for the purpose of processing your order.
As part of the processing, we provide your data to the following recipients:

Transfers to third countries
If it is necessary to transfer data to third parties in order to achieve the purpose of the data processing (e.g. delivery of goods), we will ensure that your data remains within the territory of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
If in exceptional cases this is not possible and it is necessary to transfer the data to a third country, KINKA will take all necessary measures (e.g. in the form of contractual clauses according to the EU standard) to achieve an adequate level of data protection.
Provision of necessary data
We process personal data such as name, address, email address, etc. in various processing situations. In this Privacy Policy, we want to give you as much detail as possible about how we handle your data, the legal basis on which we process your data and whether the provision of your data is contractually or legally necessary.
If KINKA processes your data on the basis of a contract or in accordance with law, the data entry fields appear as mandatory if we require this information for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or because of a legal requirement. These mandatory fields can be found, for example, during the order process. If mandatory information is not entered, we will not be able to provide you with our services.
If it is possible to enter additional personal data in the optional fields, we will ask you to decide which data you want to provide to us.
Order procedure in the company
To enter into, complete or cancel a contract or order, you will need to enter your personal data. This includes, for example, the following data:
first name, last name,
billing and delivery address,
email address,
billing and payment details,
telephone number, as applicable.
Order processing also includes delivery of ordered goods, payment processing and sending electronic order confirmations and invoices.
We would like to inform you that in the event of a request for customer support, we reserve the right to process your contact details in order to process your request.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. You are providing us with data on the basis of a contractual relationship between you and KINKA
Your contact data, we retain the data we have collected in order to fulfil the contract until the end of the statutory and, if applicable, contractual warranty period and warranty rights. After the end of this period, we retain the information relating to the contractual relationship that is required by commercial and tax law and for the period of time mandatorily stipulated by law. During this period (generally ten years from the time of conclusion of the contract), the data will only be reprocessed in the event of an inspection by the financial administration for financial and tax verification purposes and in order to clarify possible criminal activity.
Online customer account
In order to make your purchase as user-friendly as possible, we provide the option of permanently storing your personal data in a password-protected customer account. Registration is voluntary. Once a user account has been created, there is no need to re-enter data. In addition, you can view the data that has been stored in connection with your user account at any time. You also have the possibility to correct the data or delete the user account. Please note that deleting a user account online only results in its deletion in the web shop system. However, this does not necessarily mean its removal in downstream systems. Once a user account has been deleted, all data related to it should be removed, except for data that is necessary to process customer orders.
In addition to the data required at the time of the order, you must also set your own password in order to set up the user account. This password, together with your email address, is used to access your user account.
After logging in, so-called persistent cookies are activated. For security reasons, access to some parts of your account as well as access to orders and changes to your address and payment details will continue to be password-protected. If you do not wish to use this feature, please log out at the end of your visit using the log out button. The processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the EU GDPR. Our legitimate interest stems from the fact that we want to make it convenient for you to use our website/app.
Ordering in the shop
If you have placed an order to be delivered from the shop, the data processing takes place as described above. If you have had your order delivered to a store, you will be notified by email, text message or telephone when the order is ready for collection at the store of your choice.
Notification
We further collect basic business numerical data from orders and evaluate them without linking them to specific individuals. The aim of this procedure is the business optimization of our processes. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest).
You have the right to access your personal data free of charge at any time, the right to rectification and, where applicable, erasure, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data by us.
Visiting our websites
Certain data will be collected when you access our websites. We evaluate this data statistically and only use it to offer individual marketing content, increase the attractiveness and improve the content and functions of our website.
We store information in log files on our servers that are automatically sent to us by your browser for technical reasons. This information is:
- browser type/version,
- the operating system used,
- URL of the referring server (last visited page),
- hostname of the accessing end device (IP address, anonymised),
- date and time of access to the server,
for smartphones, tablets and other mobile end-devices: manufacturer/model. There is no storage of this data in relation to a specific person. There is also no combination of this data with other data sources.
The legal basis for the processing of your IP address is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the processing purposes set out below:
- Guaranteeing a seamless connection,
- guaranteeing the convenient use of our website/application,
- assessing the security and stability of the system.
We generally store your IP address in an anonymous form and no personal analysis takes place during this process. The entire IP address is only stored for the purpose of tracking technical errors and hacking attempts,.
With the exception of storage for the purpose of logging content, we will subsequently delete your IP address in a timely manner after your visit has ended.
Advertising/Marketing
We process our customers' data for direct marketing purposes in accordance with legal provisions. In the course of this process, we specifically ensure that our services are as tailored to your requirements as possible. We use probability values and strive to ideally only present you with advertising content that is of interest to you.
You may object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time by sending a short written notice to objednavky@kinka.sk or withdraw your consent at no cost to you, except for the cost of transmission in accordance with the basic tariffs set out.
If you object, the contact address you provide will be blocked in terms of follow-up processes related to advertising. Please note that in exceptional cases, it is possible to send advertising material even after an objection has been raised. The reasons are technical and do not mean that we do not deal with your objection.
The legal basis for this processing is section 62, paragraph 3 of Act No. 351/2011 Coll. on electronic communications and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. It is in our interest to send advertising in accordance with the requirements, and this interest is considered legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned regulation.
You have the right to access your personal data free of charge at any time, the right to rectification and, as the case may be, erasure, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data by us.

In order to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, KINKA uses cookies and tracking pixels. We use them in our digital services and newsletter. In order to increase the attractiveness and ease of use of our websites, we use so-called.

We evaluate your contributions internally and process them as messages. In the course of this process, there is no connection to your person or customer account. Your name and photo remain anonymous. In accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, it is in our interest to carry out opinion management and to analyse the impact of social media, and this interest is deemed to be legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned regulation.
Social media add-ons
We also use the features of social networking add-ons for Facebook,. Social networking add-ons are technologies that allow you as a user to make certain content available to members of social networks via a direct connection.
In order to protect your privacy, we offer these add-ons as so-called.
Two-click buttons (two-click method). In the course of this process, we use a technical solution to incorporate social network plug-ins that prevent the transmission of data present on our website at the time of opening (for example, your IP address) to social networks (for example, Facebook).
