Order online in KINKA
The process of ordering in the KINKA online shop is carried out in the following steps:
Step 1: Entering your customer details
If you do not have a personal KINKA account
If you do not already have a personal KINKA account, you can set one up during the ordering process or place a one-off order. For a one-time order, the mandatory data are the salutation, first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
If you have created a personal KINKA account
If you have created a personal account, click on the "Login" button. Your data will be automatically filled in after entering your e-mail address and password. Please correct them if necessary.
Step 2: Enter your delivery address
In this step, you will select your desired delivery address: delivery to your billing address, delivery to another delivery address, or pick-up of the order delivered to the store.
Step 3: Select the payment method
We offer different payment options: payment on delivery to the courier, payment by credit card to the courier upon personal collection, payment by bank transfer in advance based on the invoice..
Step 4: Check the details and send the order.
On the order overview page you will see your complete order once again. Please check that all the details are correct.
Click on the "Change" button to change your billing or shipping address, payment method or the number of products ordered, if necessary.
Click on the "Cancel" button to remove the product from your shopping cart.
On the order overview page, you will once again see the delivery date, whether the product can be gift-wrapped and the total price of your order including shipping costs.
Please read our General Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
If everything is in order, please submit your order by pressing the "Binding order with payment" button. You will then receive a confirmation of receipt of your order to your email address.
Can I change my order?
In your KINKA online account you have an overview of your orders. In the Order Overview you can see the status and other details of your current orders.
Can I change an order I have placed?
Changing or cancelling your order for technical reasons is not possible.
If you do not want the product due to a defect you have 14 days to send it back to us or return it to KINKA. For more information, please refer to the section Returns.
Ordering over the phone
You can also order products from the KINKA e-shop by telephone.
Our customer service line 0951 021 891 is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Order with personal collection in the KINKA brick-and-mortar shop
Place your order and have your order delivered to a KINKA store for personal collection.
When your order is ready in the store, you will be notified by e-mail or SMS. If you did not enter an email address during the ordering process, you will be informed via SMS. You can collect the goods within 7 days from the date of the SMS message.
The delivery time is 4-6 working days. You will pay for the goods upon receipt by means of payment accepted in the shop. You can pick up the goods in the KINKA store within 7 days.
When collecting in person at the brick-and-mortar store, please bring the order confirmation we sent you immediately after purchase. Print it out or save it to your mobile phone. This will prevent discrepancies when collecting the goods.
Order goods for delivery to the delivery address you specify
We will be happy to deliver the goods to the delivery address you specify.
Delivery of the goods will be made by our contracted carrier.
Delivery options
By courier to the chosen delivery location
We will deliver your goods to your chosen delivery location by courier of DPD Ltd. Goods are delivered by courier during working days.
The delivery time is 4 to 6 working days. The delivery time of the ordered goods will be displayed in the shopping cart and will be communicated to you personally by our staff when you place an order by phone. If you have provided your email address, we will send you an order confirmation, which will also indicate the delivery time. We may also send other information regarding your order in the e-shop to your email address, e.g. confirmation of dispatch of goods or confirmation of return of goods. Together with the shipment information, we will send you a link to our partner websites where you can track the path of your shipment.
Delivery to another delivery address
You can select a different delivery address in the second step of the order "Delivery address". Both the billing and delivery address will be shown in the order confirmation that we will send you by email after you have completed your order.
Information about unavailable products
If, in an exceptional case, the product you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by e-mail.
Delivery to store - Order and Pick up
All products can be ordered in your name at the KINKA brick-and-mortar store and picked up there.
Delivery time
The delivery time is usually 4 to 6 working days after ordering the goods.
Payment options
You will pay for the goods upon collection by means of payment accepted in the shop.
Order pickup
If you have entered your email in the ordering process, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order once it has been placed. Once your order is ready for personal collection, you will be notified by email. You can collect the goods from the KINKA shop within 7 days of the order being delivered to the shop.
If you did not enter an email address during the ordering process, you will be informed via SMS. You can collect the goods within 7 days from the date of the SMS message.

Personal collection is not possible for large goods (e.g. furniture), partner promotions and other selected goods. Please pay attention to the information given on the relevant product detail page under Ordering and Delivery.
Ordering outside the Slovak Republic
Ordering outside the Slovak Republic is not possible. The assortment from the KINKA e-shop can only be ordered and delivered within the respective country.
Order distribution
In some cases, for technical or logistical reasons, it is possible that we will send you information on which products are immediately available and which are not for faster processing of your order. Products that are not immediately available will be sent to you in a separate shipment at a later date. In any case, we will only charge you postage and packing once. You will receive an email message from us confirming that your order has been dispatched and that it has been split into individual shipments.

KINKA reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases. In case of personal collection you can only pay in cash .
Payment on delivery
You will pay for the goods upon receipt either in cash or by credit card. Payment on delivery on delivery is at the same time the total final amount for the goods.
Payment in cash on collection in person
You will pay for the goods when you collect them in person from the shop. When collecting in person, it is possible to pay in cash .
Payment in advance by bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer is a method of payment in advance, i.e. the goods are dispatched after crediting
funds to the KINKA account. All information regarding payment by bank transfer will be sent to you by email after you place your order. Please note that the goods will be reserved for one week.
